With nearly two decades of experience in senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most prestigious global corporations, Rohit has a proven track record of excellence. He has served as the Head of Human Resources at Dassault Systèmes, France, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global HR strategy. Prior to this, he was the Head of Compensation & Benefits at Goldman Sachs, Japan and a Global HR Consultant at Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Rohit is deeply committed to education. His passion for empowering students is reflected in his extensive teaching experience at renowned universities around the world His exceptional academic background and industry insights enable him to design and deliver high-impact curricula that equip students with the skills and knowledge to excel.

Rohit has been a key figure in the development of various academic programs at the Academy, where he has been instrumental in lesson planning and course design. He leads the Secondary and High School Programs with a focus on result-driven learning, and also spearheads the Selective School Preparation Program, ensuring that students are meticulously prepared for the challenges of top-tier academic institutions. His guidance has helped shape the future of students from distinguished schools such as Melbourne High, MacRobertson Girls’ High, Suzanne Cory, Melbourne Grammar, Haileybury to name a few.
